Graymark Security Group provides Shopping Services to a broad spectrum of businesses ranging from retail stores and restaurants to nightclubs, hotels, cruise lines and other customer oriented companies.

Shoppers may evaluate not only the service aspects of a company, but the physical as well. Company management might be concerned about the brightness of the parking lot or the ease of access to the building; whether or not the aisles were clear or if merchandise was stacked precariously. A business owner might have concerns about the courtesy demonstrated by their employees on the telephone or in person; whether or not the representatives were responsive to questions and had the requisite knowledge. Graymark Shoppers are aware of all of these areas and report all of their findings.

Graymark Security Group recruits Shoppers from every walk of life and throughout the country. They are screened as to abilities, availability and profiling. Should a client require a female 30-40 years of age with children, Graymark may already have just that person as a part of our team awaiting your order.

Graymark associates work with our clients to develop questionnaires specific to a company's needs. Having developed a unique system for designing shopper report forms, Graymark also offers clients a variety of methods for evaluating reports.
